【唔怕私房菜有負皮 鼎爺:一啲話鹹一啲又話淡】食焦

拍完《阿爺廚房》人氣爆晒燈,鼎爺又出書又搞埋私房菜喎,鼎爺私房菜開咗短短兩個星期,晚晚七圍枱全院滿座,訂位仲話誇到要排到出年三月添囉!不過短短十零日,已經有唔少是非發生,先有洗米華周焯華頭馬盧啟邦喺ig爆seed,話自己「煮得好食好多」,叫啲friend「唔使去試」;跟住有員工爆料話鼎爺私房菜出少咗糧。咁當然識睇,梗係睇網友留言啦,竟然有唔少負皮出現喎,有網友覺得HKD888,HKD1288,HKD1888呢三個價錢貴啦唔值啦,有食過嘅人就覺得味道僅僅合格咋喎,又有人話啲嘢唔係好夠味添!總之同《阿爺廚房》嗰期一地正評差好多啦。

我哋唔係羅霖陳凱琳同洗米華頭馬,自然霸唔到頭位,又未郁身打電話去book啦,(聽日都未知何況要等到出年三月?)所以只可以做吓花生友自high吓,我即刻打俾鼎爺,睇吓佢有冇為呢啲負皮唔happy。見慣風浪嘅鼎爺梗係打不死啦,不過面對網友同食客們負皮,鼎爺都好無奈咁話:「一啲話鹹一啲又話淡,你教我點吖?」

點敢教鼎爺呀 ? 鼎爺話:「都話咗口味各人有各人唔同,呢句我成日講㗎啦,你哋個個都唔同,我點應酬得咁多呀?」鼎爺話唔會因為網民同食客嘅唔同意見而改變自己煮嘢風格,一於堅持自己調味手法,信自己就夠。鼎爺最後就話:「頭幾日夠話啲雞好鹹啦,依家話好味啦!」學鼎爺話齋,點應酬得咁多呀? 係囉 , 反正爆場爆到出年, 怕乜 ?
