大大份嘅扒已經好吸睛,太子嘅The Hangout by Under Vacuum仲有半酒吧式設計,環境更加輕鬆。大杯酒大塊肉嘅感覺,已經令人好想同朋友嚟聚一聚。

老闆除咗非常注重食材質素之外,佢對用餐空間同餐具都花咗唔少心思,俾食客享受到獨特嘅體驗。

呢度嘅招牌菜帶骨戰斧扒(HKD698)原隻帶骨羊膝(HKD398),慢煮之後加入香料再燒,口感層次豐富,外面少少焦香,內裡肉質鮮嫩。淡淡嘅香料唔會蓋過肉嘅鮮味,用斧頭仔鋸扒都幾得意㗎。

餐廳自家製拳頭咁大杯朱古力鮮忌廉新地杯(HKD88),喺布朗尼上面加幾球進口雪糕砌成嘅新地杯,朱古力味勁濃郁,一啖煙韌一啖軟綿嘅口感,食完成個人爽晒。
