【雞批浮在青苔上? 冰室食物配搭錯晒嚇死人】伏務台

伏嘅嘢主要分幾種,可以係味道伏、價錢伏或者外表伏。今次小編就遇到大佬喇,伏嘅點竟然係個配搭喎!

就係呢個喜喜冰室嘅「雞批浮台」,聽到個名都覺得怪啦,雞批就雞批啦,好哋哋浮咩台呢?睇埋張相小編就呆咗喇,係就係浮台……點解浮喺綠色嘅青苔上面嘅?嚇死人喇。

呢個雞批浮台(HKD36)其實即係雞批加綠豆蓉湯,小編唔明點解呢兩樣加埋一齊會work……同埋本身綠豆蓉湯都係一款比較非主流嘅湯種,點解仲要mix埋個雞批呢?

見到佢咁嘅樣,小編其實都有啲心理準備㗎喇。究竟會唔會係小編誤會咗佢呢?或者會好好食呢?

結果小編嘅直覺係冇錯嘅。首先雞批個皮唔脆就梗㗎啦,話晒都浸住晒;咬落完全唔知自己食緊咩,就係一個濕咗嘅批皮,入面個餡微暖。

至於個綠豆蓉湯……飲落好草青味,仲有少少腥腥哋,我諗除非係綠豆愛好者,如果唔係呢個湯都唔太啱飲㗎喇。
